OS - Linux Debian x64, java version 1.6.0_18 x64, no server wrappers, minecraft server version 1.1, CB build 1744 Plugins i have: BlockBlocker, BoosCooldown, ButtonWarp, ChestShop, ChopTree, CommandBook, Deathtpplus, ecoCreature, Factions, HeroicDeath, HeroSpawn, iChat, iConomy, LogBlock, LWC, MagicCarpet, mcMMO, MineBackup, NoCheat, NoLagg, OpenInv, PermissionsBukkit, PhatLoots, qQuests, ScheduledAnnouncer, SimpleCensor, SpawnControl, TeleportSuite, VanishNoPacket, Vault, WorldEdit, WorldGuard. After i updated to 1.1, my world gets chunks corrupted. Random chunks, often in long line get misplaced or copied from elsewhere to other part of the world. Sometimes i get chunks that exist in the nether appear on the surface in random places. My map is getting really messed up, and people are losing their bases, as random chunks get switched with some other chunks. My log shows no errors. I tried chunk repair with McEdit.
Try this: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/how-to-fix-your-world-errors-corrupt-chunks.54254/ If that does not work, remove NoLagg.
Isn't No Lag for loading chunks correctly? So therefore it may not "repair" Chunks. Correct me if I'm wrong
Indeed it will not fix world corruptions, however somebody posted on here recently with a similar (but not identical) issue and it turned out that NoLagg was causing chunks to load wrong (or something like that)
I am also having this same problem, but i do not have no lag. Here is the plugins that we both share. Factions, LWC, No Cheat, iConomy, World Edit, World Guard, and Vault.
Just to make sure, you have used Chunkster correct? If you've used it already, delete it. If you haven't used it, do it.
