Okay I'm trying to get my server to connect to 184.15.7.190 when I open the port for my 192.168 ip address the port checker connects successfully with the 184.15.7 ip address, but when I port forward using the 184 the port checker tool wont connect, what do I do?

    GlobalPortStart & GlobalPortEnd = 25565 BaseHostPort = 25565
Unless I misunderstand that BaseHostPort means the LAN port to open to the computer, then it should work.

Do I put the protocol as tcp or both.

Well it depends on do you have any web-based plugins. I recommend you use both protocols to avoid future complications. Note that it DOES expose you to common DDOS attacks because booters usually have more UDP shells then TCP.

I'm trying my best to help, but I can't really help you if you don't use proper grammar. Also, the bold formatting makes it a bit harder to read. Btw, the "192.168 ip address" is called a LAN IP. 184.15.7.190 is your GLOBAL IP. Please rewrite your reply.

Okay, this is simple, to get the port checker tool to see the port on my 184 ip address I have to port forward my 192 address, now I can connect to the server from all my computers but other people can't connect. Also, in the server properties, I would assume since it lets the port checker connect then I would be able to use my 184 ip but NO It wont bind the port unless I use 192.168

In the server properties, don't put anything in for server-ip.
How about you let me teamviewer you and check out your router configuration and let me work it out for you?
