First Plugin, need help

Hello
i want to make a Minecraft plugin. I have no clue how to use java and i would want to know. Can someone please make a YouTube tutorial or explain how to do it. the mods that i would like to make are. 1. A plugin that makes mobs not spawn withing a certain user-defined area. 2. a garage door mod, that makes the door open and close up and down rather than left and right. please help it would be really appreciated.

You should first learn JAVA before moving on to coding plugins.
Start by reading a book or following tutorials, "thenewboston" has pretty good tutorials
