   Well the Daemon stuff is new to me. I know what I suggested works with a host using TCAdmin running MC through Java.
   
   One thing though make sure that the craftbukkit jar matches the command line. I never had any luck with editing the command line.
   
   I can tell from that log that the server didn't even start bukkit.
   
   What are the contents of those bat files?

   after absolutely no response from our host since 01/13 we've moved our server to beastnode and are exstatic to report that we has bukkit running
