im having trouble with Hero chat or permissions, please help!

help! everything is fine except the chat, i cant seem to fix it.
the problem is,for example im on global channel and my username is almazio1 and in chat if i say for example 'hi' it does:

[g] almazio1: hi

but i want it to show the rank too in chat but it shows only the name and the channel. please help!!!

 

do u have permissions? or permissionsex or bpermissions?

i suggest get permissionsex and setrankpex

Its all in the Config using HeroChat use Super-perms with it because it is easyier but i'd reccomend PermissionsEx because it Comes with its own Herochat kind of thing

 

If you want to use herochat 4.x I have a custom build of that with bPermissions compatability

My problem is i dunno how to configure it to say [g][facion][prefix][username]:
i dont know how to do that can u helpme?

The chatmanager within PEX does. You just need to configure the message-format to be something like:
%prefix {FACTION} %player %suffix : %message

Factions will search all player text for {FACTION} by default, and then replace that with the players' faction.
