I have been looking for a plugin that links a player's experience with what commands they have access to. Basically greater experience means they have higher level permissions. So, for example, when they first start (0 experience) they can't use any commands. But with an experience of 1, can set a home (if the server is running plugins for that). More experience, more abilities, like teleporting. If anyone knows of a plugin that does this, I'd love to know about it. If it doesn't exist....
You can do something like this with my Plugin ExpSkills. Just set up the skills to use skillpoints and edit the level formula after you wishes.
