i simply do not understand how to give permissions.

i am new to this. ive had a classic server for over 6 months. i finally got smp server running and i have added myself under the ops.txt

the problem i have is i want to make a group of people who can kick and ban but not /tp or /give.

im having a very hard time finding this information. ive tried bPermissions plugin but i dont understand.

if someone was willing to work one on one with me about how to set up "ranks" im sure i would understand.

please help me.
