Hello, i need to ask you. If there is a plugin so only the one that have build the house can destroy and such and the OP's but also that other can open theirs door ifnot the got sign on it. I used a plugin but then my friends coulden't open the door [No sign].. So?

Residence as josip1 suggests. precious stones is another "area protection" system, there are a few others also.
Just point them to the wiki, it's very simple to get the hang of. Honestly do you want people who can't read a few instructions to play with you?
its not difficult, people in general are jsut lazy and wont go read how to use it, in that case let there homes be griefed or tell them to learn how to protect it with the plugin you choose
