Server freezes on mob death, no message, map gets corrupted

I've been running a Minecraft server for some time. We've made wonderful things, but since a few days ago my server started freezing when a mob was killed. It doesn't give out any message-in fact, it doesn't even crash, just freeze. I'd seen a topic with a similar problem, but unfortunately updating Essentials didn't help.

Before the problem started, there was a huge TNT explosion one of the admins created. He respectively lost his status and I loaded a previous backup of the levels. I also added WorldGuard and blocked TNT ignition. I've already tried stopping WorldGuard-doesn't help!

Try upgrading to the latest recommended build, also I recommend using SimpleAntiGrief to block TNT. It still works with 1.0 as long as you block TNT explosions, not primes.

 

Have your plugins been updated with your version of bukkit.

Older versions of Essentials have Major issues with the new RB bukkit.. Its documented all over their info page..

Make sure you update your Essentials to its latest version.. Do this and see if you issues is still there.

 

I can update all my plugins except for Permissions(can't find the page xD) Strangely, I just tried to load an entirely new map and made some pig genocide, while the server was still standing stable. Is this related to the fact that my map was generated on MC 1.8.1.? Looks like it makes a loop or something, but still this is mob death!
EDIT: Fixed problem, was in that TNT admin guy's file in the map's /players folder.
