CraftPlz (Help me filter the mods!)

[1337] Looking for these plugins:

Anti Greifing:
1) Best Block Protection system (Must be easy for noobs to adapt and learn )
2) Best economy plugin (Most supported one)
3) Ban items (Lava,tnt, ect..)

Gameplay:
4) I need a plugin that costs the play money to place blocks (Used with economy plugin)
5) Best permissions plugin (economy support?)
6) Best quest system with money rewards (Used with economy plugin)
7) NPC/Stores (Used with economy plugin) (Selling ability with permission plugin)
8) Games, Mazes and whatever else (MUST BE STABLE and also use the permission plugin)
9) Home teleportation (Use with permissions)

Goal:
I think it would be a fairly addicting idea that you must have money to place and build, you get money by ether Doing quests or selling items or winning games. It would be a hundred times more rewarding to build this massive house knowing that you had to work and do quests and win games to build it and that for someone else to build that same house they would need to work to get enough money to place all those blocks and have to work towards it not to be out done by someone who just joined the server. YES, there will be people pissed at first (Why the hell would i go on a server where i have to pay with economy to place blocks ) But i do believe the people who give it a chance would become loyal fans and grow to love this unique server...

Already in place:
-Website CraftPlz.com needs updating as i gave up on this server before simply because of the constant new releases and updates witch repeatedly broke my server but now that the full version is released i`m ready to give it another go.

-Host servercraft.co Tier 5 Up to 18 players i will not hesitate to upgrade if needed.

-Staff anyone looking to participate in the launch of CraftPlz send me a private message and we will go from there.
