i hope this is the right section if it is not please can you move it. ok so im new to the permissions and worldguard so i need some help i use permissionsex and i want to do it so that certain users can get in region 1,2 and 3 and other users can get in section 4,5 and 6. is this possible to set it up with permissions so it automaticly lets them in those regions so i dont have to go through 15 commands to le tone person in another group? Yes thats right.That works also for the exit like /region flag zone1 exit-group moderator.It is also possible to give more groups(people?)access to this area,like so /region flag zone1 entry-group admin,moderator. GC
So basicly if you had a rank in permisssionsex called warrior you could do /region flag zone1 entry-group warrior deny Can I do that to make it sure I understand what to do? Many Thanks Golumpa
No it means that for this protected area only the group warrior can't entry the zone.PEX has nothing to do with the flags or worldguard.Only the permissions to set this can you give them. GC
Do you mean how to setup groups they dont have permissions to go into a zone?You have to protect an area,than you have to flag this area.Only flag the area like /region flag zone1 entry-group warrior deny.This means:All other groups can entry the following area,but this group can't.This works like a whitelist.This is also avaible for specified persons.Than it would seems like /region flag zone1 entry player1,player2,player3 and so one.If you mean how to setup an group for PEX than check out the thread of it and look at the example permissions.yml.Its easy to setup and has lots of features. So what I can tell u are saying is what I was trying to say eirlyer such as if have a rank called worrior in pex and do / region flag zone1 entry-group warrior deny The people with warrior rank will not be able to access zone1 Sorry I'm not the best at perms but I know the basics
