Idea: A plugin that would allow a redstone-related entity (redstone/torch/repeater/lever/button/pressureplate) to be connected to another redstone-related entity that is up to {configurable number} blocks away. The way they would be connected wouldn't be normal redstone/repeater trails, but invisibly. Basically, you have a redstone-related entity that you want to connect to another, yet that other one is an obscene distance away and connecting them would be a real pain. you type the command /mb, and a prompt tells you "select redstone-entity 1" which you then proceed to go right click on. A prompt would then come up, "select redstone-entity 2." You go and right click on the thing you want to connect to the first thing you selected. "Done, they are now connected." Then, supposing you connected a pressureplate to a redstone torch some 20 blocks away with this command, when you step on the pressureplate that is seemingly not connected to anything, but actually invisibly connected to the redstone torch, that redstone torch 20 blocks away will light up and transmit power. tl;dr - invisible/magic circuitry. Result: invisible circuits that are easier to create / VERY easy to hide, and more diabolical traps. Long-range circuitry also, maybe? anyone? doesn't seem too complex to make... :/ EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.

Thanks for the reply. This is very close to what I was looking for, although it doesn't work on 1337 and the developer hasn't posted in his thread in almost a month.
I'm using it on b1549 and it works perfectly fine. Haven't tried it on b1337, but I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
