I am thinking of starting a development team called Team_Pluto. I am in xDevs but they don't really work on plugins together so i decided to start my own.

Why should we join?: You should because this benefits both plugin developers and people who want to become developers and already have the basic knowledge of java.

yea... no i am not, i am more a novice hoping to learn through a dev team

I wish you guys luck! I've sorta been hoping for this to happen. I wasn't enjoying the xDevs stuff as much as I thought I would.

Some advice:

• Don't force people to use an IDE they don't want to use. I certainly wouldn't want to be forced to use Eclipse, and I know some of you don't want to use a non-Eclipse IDE.
• Try to come up with some coding guidelines, it'll help make your code more organized and easier to understand in the long run. Don't make these too strict or people will be upset, but you certainly want to come up with something that everyone agrees on.
• Javadoc stuff. Use correct grammar. Again, this will make it much easier for your teammates to understand.
• @h31ix, you should give them the Jenkins from xDevs. I'll help you guys set it up if you want.

Also, hashmaps are easy. I'll help you out.
