Ok well this is very very very weird because it's saying my essentials is outdated which i JUST downloaded a new version to make sure and it's still saying it here's the command prompt showing it! http://pastebin.com/qaMmxFzu Please reply with feedback.
Try renaming Essentials' config.yml and restarting the server, allowing it to generate a new one. If that doesn't work, the ENTIRE startup log would help.
