Bikes and items two awesome ideas

I have two ideas first idea what if u made sumthin like worldguard exept where u make like a region and when u enter that region or area u change to game mode 1 or get certain items and when u leave all ur items diisapear and/or ur gamemide changes. Secon what about an bicycle plugin where u make it like out how leather and iron and then right click to place and then right click to ride and also plz make it go 2-3 times faster than sprinting and it can clump over 1 blocks.
Ideas by me. Plz give me credit for ideas if u decide to make theses awesome plugins. If u do i will really appreciate it Ty.
