Hi I got a good idea for a plugin. I'm going to need some people to help! This plugin is based off spout but you don't need a mod (e.g. Spout craft) to download the files. If you are a GOOD coder and willing to help and join Skype calls with me I would like you to help me! The Idea is great but I just started coding and I need help to pursue my idea. If you would like to help (HappyFace) then pm me and I will add you in to the group! By the way don't take my idea because before you know I'll have it copyrighted! Sponsored by UTD.

    Thanks,
    Jim Pickens

You should really post the idea so that people that are interested contact you. Leaving it this open, many people may contact you that may not be interested in the idea.

Honestly though, your going to copyright a plugin? Would you bring them to court over stealing a idea for a plugin? I think that would be funny to watch.

It's an idea that has many uses outside of minecraft

  4. So you want a client mod without a client mod?
I'm so happy ideas can't be copyrighted. :p

Actually, you can steal someone's "intellectual property", and if you start making money off it and they can prove that it was originally their idea, they can sue you. Facebook is a great example of this

  6. Are you serious? There are tons of facebook clones out there. Or is this just another stupid US law? Good enough, they don't count for me. :p

//EDIT: BTW: Why are firms hiding their "great" ideas before releasing, then?

Facebook got sued for many millions US dollars some time ago... There was a movie made based on the entire event. It was called "Social Networking" or something like that.
