Bukkit 1.3 is working but all my players are ops!

this issue is not reproducible with no plugins- I will keep you posted as I suss this out.
Ok with ( my most necessary plug-ins )
WorldGuard / Essentials Tele / Essentials Spawn /Permissions 2.0 (it reports 1.0) / WorldEdit / Essentials / Essentials Ban

This issue seems to occur: All players are admins that login to my server (thanks Xeronix)

So to be fair this could be an issue with Bukkit 1.3 (422?) or Permissions or Essentials (all ) or any combination of the three. So please don't pronounce who's plug-in is "NOT WORKING" if you can't explain why! All of these folks work hard on there plug-ins and they are awesome for doing so! So if your going to pronounce their plug-in is "not working" with no actual facts, then that is really a waste of everyone's time. If you want to help how about just stating facts. for example...

this plugin is BROKEN! especially if you can not write / read java code and explain how you KNOW that is a FACT!

I'm having this issue aswell. Moreso, all my users are Admins, not ops...

 

Same problem. It's Essentials plugin's problem.
