I'm getting an "An internal error has occurred while attempting to perform this command" error.

Hey there! I am having a bit of an issue with PermissionsEx. I have uninstalled everything and re-installed it and what-not, but I still receive the "An internal error has occurred while attempting to perform this command" error.
Here are the plugins I have installed:

• MobDisguise
• PermissionsEx
• LWC
• iConomy
• ChestShop
• ChatManager
• Waypoint
• Modifyworld

Here's my log, I'm not sure what it's telling me but I'm sure you fine folks have plenty more experience than myself.

Note:
I realize it says it had an text error in the permissions.yml in the earlier logs, but I have since fixed that.

 

Newest craftbukkit(1337) and PEX(1.15) ?

 

Yes, the latest craftbukkit and PEX are installed.

 

Delete both the PermissionsEx.jar and the Permissions.jar
I had the same error once when I only updated teh PermissionsEx.jar and not the Permissions.jar and also when I had a corrupt pex.jar

grab the latest dev build from the link above and try that. Be sure to copy over both the Permissions.jar and the PermissionsEx.jar (also if you use the chat client they provide and the build blocker, copy those over if you use those also).

I just deleted everything and started anew. For some reason it works now. Thanks for the help!
