My server says it is 'Down' when it is online...?

    Quick question.
    My server will be offline for a few people... when i have other people (and me) on at that exact moment. To get them to connect, i need to restart my server.
    Why is this happening and how can I fix it...?
    I am running 1317 (newest)

    Do you click 'Refresh' a bunch? Or do you host it on your own PC/Mac? If you have a static it will change each time you go in. Windows : Go to run and do CMD then put in ipconfig and look at the Ipv4 and check that out.
    Mac: Go online and google 'What is my IP?' it should show you your i.p (I guess this works for Windows I just prefer the CMD command)

    No, its hosted on a dedicated IP.
    And by refresh. He tried everything to get on. Restart MC, redownload, restart PC, restart wifi etc
