i've been trying out industrial craft anf buildcraft in singleplayer and i absolutely love it, now i want to start a server so i can play it with my friends, but it seems there are no plugins for industrial craft at least, haven't checked for buildcraft.
i would very much appreciate if someone could possibly make em plugins for servers :)
Tho author og industrial craft stopped developing it, so it has to be 1.7.3 like my server, but i dont know if he's still holding on to developing rights

but please give it a go !
    thanks :D

No offence but industrialcraft and buildcraft are both singleplayer mods and bukkit has no control over them. So no, people cant make a plugin for them. However with the development of spout people will soon because creating similar plugins which do this sort of thing.

I'd be a rich man if I received a dollar every time someone posts a duplicate thread like this.

You should pull yourself off of minecraftforum.net once in a while. With less than a half hour of searching about Industrial Craft for SMP (not specific to CraftBukkit), I've found several things: 1) Industrial Craft is still under active development; 2) It is available for 1.8.1; and 3) With the link that the previous person posted, it can likely be run on a CraftBukkit server. Not everybody likes using minecraftforum.net, and the developer for Industrial Craft is one of those people. You can find the official site for Industrial Craft at http://www.industrial-craft.net/.

He actually did stopped developing IndustrialCraft ... but began with IC^2 xD
Main difference is that it is a complete rewrite, and blocks in maps are saved using a new ID system
