I have an idea for a plugin and that idea is a plugin that will monitor every item being bought and sold. (If you have ever played runescape lately then you would understand what i'm talking about). How It would work: I was thinking this plugin would be some sort of add on to chest shop and it will monitor the supply and demand of an item based on how much of that item or resource is on the map and how badly it's wanted. Based on that, it will set a calculated price every [insert time here] so each item will get a new price to the you set it. For Example: If obsidian was really high in demand, the price of it would go up but if something like stone bricks wasn't high in demand, the price will either stay the same or go down. Admins can also adjust the price if they think the price should be changed. This would be really cool for a server because it gives the players the opportunity to actually merchant items. To by an item at a really low price then wait for it to go up again. Some problems: Members may be able to group together and "buy out" an item at a low price causing the system to think that it's really high in demand. Then sell when it's "high" in demand. So what do you think? (I tried searching for something similar but I couldn't find anything).
