[Help] WorldGuard Subregions

Hay to all...
I wanted to protect my whole region with worldguard...
That's what i've done but if i want to create subregions for my users they weren't able to builde there...
They got the message that they aren't allowed to build there...
So the first region i've created was with '/region define BIG g:Admins'
Then i wanted my user to get a area in 'BIG' and defined another area in 'BIG'with '/region define examplename username'
What's wrong with this...?
Isn't it possible to build sub-areas...?

Edit: I'm using the newest bukkit and the newest WorldGuard...

 

You need to set the parent on the sub-regions: /region parent examplename BIG

 

hmm it says too many arguments if i type:
/region setparent test BIG
i tried it 20 times still not works...
