Looking for a Plugin to regulate commands

    First: I've searched for quite some time and can't find anything.

    I'm looking for a plugin to regulate how often a player can use a given command (specifically /back in my case) where I can set it to allow them to use it once per day, hour, etc. Another possibility is that it could charge a player an item to use a command (but this is not necessary).

    Any help appreciated.
