Players get disconnected and crash the server for 30 secs - 1m

The problem I'm having is that when some players join my server they get disconnected and actually crash it for 30 secs - 1 minute (if I type something in-game or in the console it will only appear after that time and the end of stream message too).
This used to happen to me too but I thought it was a plugin problem. So I deleted all plugins and tested. I could finally login. I putted ALL the plugins back and it didn’t happen again, still, it happens to other players.


This only started happening when I updated to craftbukkit 1885. Also, some server messages are repeating 2,3,4...times.

I'm running craftbukkit 1885, I have 1.5 GB of ram and I have the server hosted on avantehosting.net.

Get rid of any plugins you don't need, that sometimes works.
