Permissions Plugin: "An Internal Error occuured while trying..."

    Okay guys, I just started up my server, it's all going fine, the only problem is, is when I try to promote someone using the permissions plugin (official one) I get:

    "An Internal Error occurred while trying to use this command"

    I'm trying to do /pr "Name" Promote Member

    In the cmd, this is what I get:

    Get a different permission plugin. Permissions 3 isn't supported anymore from what I know. If you really want it to work though, backup your permissions folder and delete it. Then let it populate a new one, and fill it in (typing, dont copy). If not, refer to my first statement.
