What are the requirements to becoming a Plugin developer?

@Drakia I've already developed two, I was just wondering whether the plugin has to be really complicated or something?

Ok, im guessing that they will only get accepted if they're semi-popular ?

 

They'll get accepted when an admin/mod gets around to checking the submissions and moving them. They don't need to be popular.

How did you learn how to make plugins i really want to make a complicated one.

It's hard at first and then once you get the hang of it it gets easier Look at my tutorial on the wiki to get you started and then another great way to learn from their is to look at source code and try to make your own plugins.
