   I got some zones on map .. when you run into it.. it will lag as hell and set fps to 0

   You probably have a corrupt map. Download and install MCEdit, open the map in it, and then save. This should fix your problems.

   If MCEdit can't fix your map, you can try Chunkster (its on bukkit.org). It's a little more complicated, however there are no guarantees. If that doesn't work, you are out of luck
