How can i use permissions.yml ?

Hey,
I'm looking for a tutorial that explains how to use the permissions.yml file in my Bukkit main
folder.I have another question: When someone(not the OP) tries the command /help, then he gets an error message. But when i try it, then it list me all commands.

The permissions.yml file is just trash. Its for nothing used sofar I know.
You need to install a permissions plugin from here.
I advice you to use Essentials plugin it contains chat - plugins - help
and even more.
So Essentials would bassicaly fit for you.
And you can just look for tutorials on Youtube because, there are loads of tutorials for Essentials =)

 

i however advise PermissionsEx as it supports superperms. In combination with commandbook.

 

If you plan on using worldedit or worldguard, i recommend commandbook over essentials aswell.
