Hi, I'm new to bukkit and need some help with what plugins i should get. i wan't to have this on the server: Ranks that update on how much the player plays on the server. /tp Player2 teleports player 1 to player 2. and /tphere player2 makes player 2 be teleportet to player 1.(High rank, like only admin/owner) /Home (Command for everyone) chest locking thats easy to use.(command for everyone) griefer protection. world edit, world guard (?) some commands that control weather and time. Anyone who knows the best plugins for this?
Ranks that update on how much the player plays on the server: i dont exactly know what you mean but you could try something like levelcraft /tp Player2 teleports player 1 to player 2. and /tphere player2 makes player 2 be teleportet to player 1.(High rank, like only admin/owner) i would install essentials, it has this + much more /Home (Command for everyone) is in essentials, /sethome to set your home and /home to teleport to it chest locking thats easy to use.(command for everyone) LWC(LightWeightChestprotection) is the best plugin for this IMO or lockette griefer protection. use worldguard + worldedit to protect certain areas from being destroyd. there are also plugins that notify you when a certain block gets damaged and plugins that can make you invisible to spy on players world edit, world guard (?) ALWAYS HAVE THIS ON YOUR SERVER! it is very usefull for making fast buildings,cleaning up ugly building, making nice landshapes, cleaning up griefed stuff, area protection AND MUCH MORE! if you do not know how to use it i can explain you sometime in my server, but if you take a little efford i think you can find out yourself(AND DO NOT LET REGULAR PLAYERS USE THIS! they can destroy your whole server within a few clicks some commands that control weather and time. time is in essentials /time day /time night for weather use weathercontrol or weatherplugin hope this helps!
what i was meaning with ranks was Ranks. Like when a player who joins in the beginning does not have a rank. then he stays on the server. can use home and lwc at that time. then he gains more trust and gets a rank- more commands. and then he stays even more: higher rank - more commands. and so on. I want to be able to change name of those ranks as well. and control the commands they have. another thing is that the 2 best ranks that only can be given trough command. Admin and Owner. (understand what plugin i want anyone?) (the rank is to be displayed infront of the players name) thank for the help kenneth123. for you. Only need the Rank plugin now. evrything else is found and installed.
plugins : commandbook , permissionsex , worldguard, worldedit , logblock , Lockette ; multihome Look into these plugins , they will do everything you need. Some other plugins which might intrest you : Towny , Iconomy , mcmmo , Honeypot
