Importand Problem! Help me please!

Hi,
as you can read I have an problem. I have got a minecraft server now and i'm glad. But the problem is that ME the owner is not admin. I cannot even build in my own server! So could you guys explain how to change youre permissions of a player? Thnx already!

 

Do u use Hamachi ? If u not type "Whats my ip on google" U maby need to Port Forward, if u dont now what port forwarding is so Look here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7WLmkE8f6M

Its easy: Dont use Hamachi crap

 

I don't. I portforwarded the server.

I found it out! For the people who have the same question and are using a server with no plug-ins yet:

1. Close your 'Minecraft starter'
2. Open server.properties
3. Set Up how you want the server
[WARNING] Do not change anything with port server ip or things that have :true/:false
4. Exit the Server.Properties but do save your changes
5. Open the Ops file
6. Put your name in it
7. Save & Exit the Ops file
8. Run 'Minecraft Starter'
9. Enjoy!

[WARNING] Remember NEVER to close the Minecraft Starter if you want the server online! If the Minecraft
Starter isn't running the server will be offline!
