[Help] Only need this to finish the Server.

Hi all
I need only this to finish the server:

-Any Plugin to make the other users dont destroy the other users thinks.
-Any Plugin to make a Text to all the Users when opens the multiplayer.
- I need to fix the fly. The admin is the only who has the Fly on but the others users can use it too. The plugin is: IBICF.fly.
- If its possible a Lag Fixer.
-Password to the users

- MyBlocks (Can't remember the exact name) can do that.
- The forum is spammed with MOTD plugins.
- Use zombe's mod pack + NoCheat/CFBanner.
- Get better internet.
- Why would you need that? Isn't minecraft.net secure enough?

 

its a No Premium Server , and the users havent got password :S

 

Basically you want to run a server where people don't have to buy a Minecraft account to play, correct?

I'm not for sure, but I don't think a lot of people will help with something like that. I definitely won't...

Check out xAuth. However, you really should encourage your users to buy Minecraft.
