[SEC] Shout Timer v0.3 - Do a shoutout with timed intevals [1060]

So this plugin was originally just a plugin made for one of my pals, but then i thought it was pretty usefull, so why not show it to you guys?
What it does:
Sends a message to all players. Example: If you like the server, please consider donating.
Features:

• Lo-CPU use
• No need to refresh (just go change the config.yml and it will automatically update)
• Multiple lines
• Different colors (including a costum default)
• Easy to customize:

1. Prefix
2. prefix marker ( like '[ ]')
3. shout
4. advanced color system
5. interval in seconds between shoutouts

Downloads:

• Download(Jar)

Requirements:

• None (well of course Craftbukkit )

Configuration:
Costumizing via the config file.

• prefix: if set to none, no prefix is displayed.
• prefixmarks: the marks to display the prefix in. like: [ ]
• color: default color of the text. Like BLUE
• time: time intervals between shoutouts. In seconds
• shout: the shoutout it self.
  • Use &nl to make a line break
  • Use &[color] to change color. Like: &BLUE to make following text blue
  • Use &COLOR to change following text to the default color.

0.12: released!
0.13: CPU use lowered to a minimum
0.2: added a multiple line system.
0.3: costum color system added
TODO:
0.2: add multiple line system make new line by using &nl
0.3: add more advanced color system
0.4: add commands

There are alot of announcement plugins already. Probably more than this.

 

I like it. But can you make it use colorcodes instead of colornames?

I quess thats good... It's actually from my own skin, which i made myself. When i get home i will make it use color codes

 

could u make that plugin able to shout server time ? i dont mean game but server time? so like u know what time is it in real world
