Cannot Connect to Own server On Same Network?

I host the popular(ish) server FluxGaming.no-ip.org, and recently I have been trying to connect to my server using a different computer connected to the same network. On the host computer I can connect fine using localhost, but I would rather leave more ram for the server. But when I go onto a different computer and try connect it doesn't work and gives me the error code connection refused: connect.

It is not a port forwarding issue as other people can join the server, and regularly holds around 30 people.

I have tried going into cmd, then typing ipconfig and using my internal ip address, which is 192.168.1.254

I have tried 127.0.0.1, I understand that it is pointless going out of your own network to get back in, but I still tried using my own external ip, and fluxgaming.no-ip.org, but they still give the same error.

I have tried using the DHCP ip address for this computer, still doesn't work.

I have even tried using a hamachi, joining the network, but it still dosen't work.

I can join other servers on the computer though.

Both computers are connected to the same router, via ethernet.

    Any help please?

  2. Did you set the IP of your server to your virtual Hamachi IP? That would fix it. Then just have everyone use your Hamachi IP.

What does your server-ip= line look like?
