PERMISSIONS HELP!!!

I got permissions and installed the newest version exactly how Samkio did it in his video. When I start my server the plugin loads just fine. However, when I try to add things to the users and groups files that came with the plugin, after I save them and start up my server again nothing has changed!!! Anyone help me???

In your console you could have done pr -reload (world name)
