   When I run plugins, the cmd says permissions not set, ignoring (something like that). And in the plugins, it says the code to set permissions; like with super wheat, its

   Code:

   SuperWheat.allow.crop.destroying

   How do I set that to my user in the permissions.yml so only I can use it?

   you need to get something like permissions 3.x or some sort of plugin to allow groups/users to use those commands. then you place the permissions nodes in the group and users files to allow specific groups to use the commands.
