java.lang.null.pointer.exception: null

    The error "java.lang.null.pointer.exception: null" appears in chat when I use the command "/npc create test" using the plugin "citizens". The only thing I have done is install the plugin I haven't edited it in anyway the error looks fairly common so i'm hoping someone can help me with it, thanks.
