Big Brother issues and world issue

Hiya im having some problems with my server 1 i cant get big brother to work right i have installed correctly but when i get in game it says big brother doesn't recognize this command! and im also haveign a issue where my server keeps creating another world called 1309 and no matter how many times i delete it . it comes back and the world name in server properties is not world 1309 if any one could help the would save my life really!!!
