every time i try to make a server i try to open start.bat and this pops up unable to access jarfile carftbukkit.far
Don't be a little greedy ass and demand help. If you want help ask nicely instead of demanding it in your title. In the start.bat make sure you have the right path to your server directory.

Are you sure that's the name of the file? Try modifying the batch file to say "craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar". Make sure you know what file you're executing and verify that it exists. Good Luck!
Okay, first of all stop spamming the forum with threads! Keep this one (which I renamed properly) to get help. Also, USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION because all your questions have been answered 100 times. And if you need help it's best to learn to write properly (are you 6 that you do not know how to write "know" and write "no" instead?) because people hate it when you don't and then do not answer questions.
I would suggest that you use my installer: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/craftbukkit-auto-installer-beginners.26555/ It automatically creates all the right files that are required to run craftbukkit. You don't need to type any commands at all and even updates the server to the latest craftbukkit automatically
