Multiple Server Mods/Wrapper ... HELP? :(

    Hey fellas,
    I'm in trouble with my Minecraft Server and my Players because they have a special whish:
    Different Servers running on the same synchronisized world.

    Example:
    Server 1: MC 1.6/1.7 without any mods except for login and other usefull things that dont change gameplay.
    Server 2: Running at the moment with over 20 Plugins on the serverside, changing the gameplay with falsebook, iConomy, Residence, Citizens and much more.
    Server 3: people want client side mods like this to change gameplay even more.

    Now is there a way to let all Server run the same world in a synchronisized way, maybe only a bit, so that changes on one server can be done on the others worlds, too or people can chat or see each other?

    I guess not because i didn't find such a thing, but maybe you got some good ideas or a Plugin(/Serverwrapper?)-Developer likes the idea, too.

    Well, if all of those 20 plugins require permissions all of them could be disabled on a secondary world using Multiverse and it would be 100% vanilla without having a double-server issue. It'd be very clean and quick to setup.

    Though wanting that 3rd one...can't help there.
