   Im looking for a plugin like world edit that will let me build like a 50x50 cobblestone floor in the air

   So whats wrong with world edit? Noones gonna make a plugin completely dedicated to creating 50 by 50 cobblestone floors in the air.
   
   EDIT: just create an outline. //hpos1 on one corner, //hpos2 on the opposite corner. //set 4 and presto! cobblestone floor.
