Hello, I'm wondering why the forum section "Plugin Releases" seems to be spam central for plugin authors so tyhey can simply be seen, rather than a true version release? I see many which do not appear to support current bukkit version being released daily.

Maybe a different forum called "Look at me! I crave attention!" and keep releases for releases? Just a thought.

    I'll go away now.

And I'm wondering where you are seeing outdated plugins? When I look at the "Plugin Releases" section I only see plugins fit for running with the current RB. Or are you complaining about plugins not officially supporting the latest build? That would be up to the plugin author if he wants to constantly ride the cutting edge.

Plugins can still be in the Plugin Releases Forum if they don't support they latest release of craftbukkit.

They will be moved if they don't support the latest 3 releases of craftbukkit.

Having to sift through pages of reruns just makes it difficult to find NEW releases. Guess I expect too much. Same version releasing every day is just plane weird, in my opinion. These bumps could be in the individuals forum page.
But, I can deal with it...

I get it. You don't like the default list order of the threads in the "Plugin Releases" section. It sorts by last post with the thread containing the newest post at the top.
You can change that by clicking on "Start Date" in the table header which will sort the threads by their creation date with the newest thread at the top. Unfortunately the forum system doesn't seem to save this so you need to do it every time you look at the plugin releases section.
