Minecart_speed+ - A plugin that allows you to increase minecart's maximum speed (Beta testers?)

I have developed a plugin that allows to raise minecart's maximum speed limit either globally with commands or with signs affecting passing minecarts. As a bonus I have added a sign that makes minecarts "fly", by decreasing falling speed and increasing horizontal movement in midair.

This is my first plugin ever so I would like get feedback.

I do know about MM, but decided to offer people a lightweight alternative. I tried it myself, but I feel it is bit overkill to just speed up minecarts a bit. Back then I wanted vanilla-minecarts with more speed, and I didnt bother to try to configure MM to behave in more "vanilla" way. That is still only my opinion...

 

The plugin (from seen in the video) look like it works very well. I wouldn't mind trying it some time.

 

On the video it only show extreme speeds which can be sometimes buggy at long tracks when chunks reload too slow... It works better on bit slower speeds. The downside is that it easily flys out of corners so you hava have sign with lower speed before corners. It can also slow carts down below the normal speed. I'll send you a link.
