Bukkit server random lag

Hi guys!

i just installed my server on linux.
everything is OK,but after a few minutes of playing it gets laggy and start kicking with end of stream error!

Also the lag isnt like: it throws back to an old location,its like blocks keep reapearing and chat messages doesnt show on type!
HELP!
do anybody have idea to fix this??
its annoying

server specs: AMD Athlon x2
2gb dedicated ram
im running the server from a different pc. I get no errors in the log!

its the AMD x2 turn off Mobs leave animals on see if helps I was running same system at one stage.

Athlon x2 at 2.8ghz and 2gig of ram and Cpu could not handle mobs on.

read time out.. check to see if all your MYSQL connections are properly configured in their respective YMLs

 

like what plugin,needs mysql from theese

if you're not using mysql for any other the plugins you don't need to worry about it, jsut amke sure in the configs Mysql isn't enabled at all, if you are trying to use mysql make sure the ip/pass/username/and database is configured properly

the only plugin u have that seems to use mysql would be essentials protect

what craftbukkit version are you using

maybe your ports aren't forwarding properly?

 

im connecting thru lan it shouldnt be a problem

also i forwarded: 25565 TCP

can you add me on msn or skype it'll be faster to solve this prob

essentialsprotect shouldnt be a problem since i got this problem without any plugins on!

its like:

I join the server
play for 5 min (everything works well)
start getting chat & block lag
then it kicks me with an error (sometimes different: exception error and end of stream)

whats your name in game?
i add you to the whitelist and you can see whats going on!

Umm,
1 important stuff: Never use a wireless connection as your server!

i just used 1 and that was the problem ,so i connected the server with a cable to my router and reinstalled bukkit!

woilah working!

 

glad it worked out, wireless is a big no no, wired FTW

 

Try updating the Java install.
