   When running chunkster do you run the command java -jar Chunkster.jar <world directory>
   in run.bat or just cmd?
   and if my world's name is world how would I execute the above command?

   In command prompt. Make sure the jar is in your server's main folder, or else it wont work.
   
   As for the execution, if your world's name was 'world' it would be the following:
   
   java -jar Chunkster.jar world
