Double XP

Suggested name: Double XP

1.19.2 & .3

What I want: XP earned in game should be doubled in every way. From mobs, mining, smelting, breeding, etc. Any way you can earn xp in game should be doubled.

Ideas for commands: A command to change exactly how much the multiplier is for the xp,

Ideas for permissions: Any one can use this plug in. No permissions

Commands:
/xpmultiplier <multiplier>
/xpmultiplier reload

Permissions:
xpmultiplier.change
xpmultiplier.use

You also can edit messages and multiplier inside config. (When you changed message you have to execute /xpmultiplier reload)
