Filled Location Boss-bar

Minecraft version: 1.16 -> 1.16.5+

Suggested name: Location Boss-bar

What I'd like: I'd like for a plugin where when you walk into a region it will show where you are on the boss-bar, for example if I walked into a temple it will show the temple name. If a region is in another region then it will show both but the larger region at the top and the smaller region they are in after it. And if a monster boss-bar comes up then it will just add to the existing.

Ideas for commands:
/lbb pos1 - Sets first position (allows use of world edit wand)
/lbb pos2 - Sets second position (allows use of world edit wand)
/lbb create <name> <display> <colour> - Creates a square region using the pos1 & pos2, <display> is what they will see on the boss-bar, please allow the colour/hex codes to work and for the <colour> is the colour of the bossbar which can be yellow, blue, purple, pink, green, red or white.
/lbb delete <name> - Deletes the lbb region
/lbb list - Lists all the lbb regions

Ideas for permissions:
lbb.pos - Lets use set positions
lbb.create - Lets use of create location
lbb.see - Lets users to see the lbb
lbb.delete - Lets user delete a lbb
lbb.list - Lets user list all of the lbb's
