Block Resistance Editor

    Minecraft version: 1.12.2

    Suggested name: BlockResistanceEdit

    What I want:
    I was wondering if someone could make a plugin that would allow me to edit the block resistance of X given block ids. All i've found on doing this is this (hoping it helps):

    I have no experience with coding/plugin making so i wouldn't know where to start with that. To my knowledge theres no plugin that offers this. I'm sure it would be great for any other server that uses some form of raiding or airship fighting which involes cannons.
