This already exists in the form of multiple plugins which you can find with a simple google search, but since it was such a simple plugin, I decided to make it anyway, hope this works as you intended, if it has any bugs please tell me.
You're right, but every single plugin that I've found works with seconds and not ticks. I can't use spaces in commands, can you fix that?
