Filled Teleportation Potions / Wormhole Potions

What I want:
If you know Wormhole Potions from Terraria, I am looking for a similiar solution for vanilla-like servers.

If you are not familiar with Terraria, here's a summary: The Player has to brew a Teleportation Potion using Ender Pearls and Mundane Potions. After drinking said potion, a GUI would open, asking the Player to select an another player they want to teleport to.
If that's too complicated for you, a message could be prompted to order the Player to type in the command instead.
If you want to make something even easier (and a bit fun, although then the plugin might not be suitable for more cases), make it teleport to a random player.

Ideas for commands:

/whp [nick of a player] - Teleport to said player.

/whp confirm - Confirm the request of teleporation. If a player declines, the potion is not consumed.

/whp randomtp - Toggle teleporting to random players.

/whp allowconfirm - Toggle for bigger servers where players play with people they don't know.

/whp givepotion - Self-explanatory.

Ideas for permissions:
wormhole.allowconfirming
wormhole.givepotion
wormhole.randomtp

When I'd like it by: Anytime really. Would be really glad if someone wrote a plugin like this, couldn't find any online.

 

So by using same commands as the already existing Essentials tpa/tpa accept/tpa toggle yet you would still need to drink the bottle?

It seems kinda redundant

Yeah, wanted to have a teleportation system that is not overpowered for semi-vanilla servers

Thanks BTW, wish you could still brew the potions to obtain them or at least craft them by combining water bottles and eye of enders.

 

Thats a 2 min fix,gonna update it tomorrow,check the spigot page for an update from time to time

Done,ender eye+water bottle/potion(as spigot doesnt allow in depth checking if its an actual water bottle)

 

Great! It's all looking good now!
If you want to, you can also code in a toggle so you can teleport to other players without confirmation but that's non-essential
