Problem/Bug Can't see my messages when I type in chat!

Hello! I have the current issue on my server where when I type or someone without OP is typing in the chat, they messages don't see meaning can't see what they are typing but obviously other player can see it. It shows in console but I'm unsure which plugin is causing it but when I'm op I can clearly see my messages that I typed in chat. Could you help me, as would be very appreciated.
